Terms of service
These terms govern your use of tryrootline.co and any purchase you make from Rootline. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products and claims. Rootline Daily Flow Gummies are a dietary supplement. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking any medication including blood pressure or nitrate medication, or have a medical condition.
2. Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Products are subject to availability.
3. Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that exceed reasonable household quantities. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.
4. Subscriptions. If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. We email you before each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account link or by emailing hello@tryrootline.co. Cancellation takes effect on future orders and does not retroactively cancel an order already in production.
5. Discount codes. Codes are for single use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.
6. Reviews and content. Customer reviews reflect individual experience. Individual results vary. Content on this site is owned by Rootline and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rootline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
