Cancellation policy

What a subscription is. Choosing a subscription at checkout sets up a recurring order. You are charged automatically on the schedule you picked, at the discounted subscription price, until you cancel.

Before every charge. We email you a reminder before each renewal so nothing is a surprise.

Cancel any time. Use the manage subscription link in any Rootline order email, or email hello@tryrootline.co. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum number of orders and no phone call required. Cancellation stops all future charges.

Skip, pause or change frequency. You can skip a shipment, pause, or change how often you receive Rootline from the same link.

Changes to price. If a subscription price changes we will tell you by email before it takes effect and you can cancel first.

Refunds. Subscription orders are covered by our refund policy, including the 60 day money back guarantee on your first order.
