Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only at this time.

Cost. Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Standard delivery is typically 5 to 12 business days from the day your order ships, so most orders arrive within 6 to 14 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan.

Fulfillment. Some orders ship from our overseas manufacturing partner. Nothing extra is owed by you. Duties and import fees, where they apply, are prepaid by us.

Wrong address. Please double check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once at no charge.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email hello@tryrootline.co and we will replace the order or refund it.
